Lennox H. Coffin

COFFIN, Lennox Hubert - 84, of Beaconsfield, QU, passed away July 2, 2009. Lenn was born December 17, 1924 in Farewell Cove, Gaspe. He was predeceased by his parents, Captain Hubert and Ruby; brothers, Gerald, Ross, and Percy. Lenn was a former Teaching Master at Kings College School in Windsor, NS prior to joining the RCAF in 1943. Following the war and graduation from Queens University, Lenn worked for Canadian International Paper, living in several towns throughout Quebec, retiring in Beaconsfield. He was also General Manager at Anil Canada in East River, NS in the late ‘60s. He is survived by his wife of almost 63 years, Erma (McCann), formerly of Windsor, NS; daughters, Judy Bardon, Mississauga, ON; Pat Collins, Hubley, NS; and Debbie Johns, Beaconsfield, QU; and their families. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lohnes - DeMont Funeral Service Ltd., 419 Albert St., Windsor, (902-798-8317), where the family will receive visitors Monday, August 2 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of departure for a graveside service at 11:00 am in Maplewood Cemetery, 1186 King St., Windsor, the Rev.
